What is innovation manangement? As human beings, we experience never ending changes of circumstances, traditions, technologies and environment. So do organizations. More and more of them must look to the future to manage their present. They must adapt to change and develop new strategies and engines of growth in order to prepare – or hedge - for an uncertain future and new market developments. They must think of new ways to create value for their customers – who are themselves constantly dealing with change.
